Ahhh Laura, so perfectly said, a very sad truth that will not go away this time! Not while people like you keep telling the facts of this deplorable shameful and harrowing tale of indifference and inhumanity. Fact is that even with indoctrinated DEI training these officers held Henry in distain and mockery. Just from a human point of view. Not ONE of them tried to help him, not ONE!!!! That one female officer even told the killer “I know” when he said he didn’t stab Henry! How could she know! How incompetent and stupid and cruel. Among other even worse comments from the other officers.

It is not to be forgotten and dismissed after a 3 month police investigation into their “conduct”! What is there to investigate! I hope the parents with Musk’s offer of assistance sue each officer personally!!!!

Absolutely superb, Laura. You said it perfectly.

That warning made by the mother of a victim of the Manchester Arena bombing is ringing in my ear today - if your are white in modern Britain then you are on your own as far as these bastards are concerned.

"Enough is enough" is shared by millions now, and those who had arrived at that conclusion earlier and been dismissed or vilified for saying it are vindicated but saddened that Henry had to die for awareness to spread at last.

The DEI ideology is deeply embedded across institutions from HR departments to the judiciary and police and changing it will require more than performative hand wringing from politicians. As Mark Twain quiped, it is easier to fool people than convince them they have been fooled. The rationalisations supporting belief persistence continue - the murderer was not typical, police operate without fear or favour -come thick and fast.

The law needs to be changed at a fundamental level. Various identity groups still believe in the right to be offended - the new human right according to Salmon Rushdie (and he was not approving) - and the power and privileges conferred by the sacralisation of identity will not be given up voluntarily. Critical Race Theory is a UN and other supranational organisation supported ideology. None of these institutions will readily admit they have been wrong.

The anger of the precariat, the economically and culturally disadvantaged whites, is not going to abate. We live under self regarding, self preserving regimes. They are not about to align with the people.

No matter the training, individual agency still belongs to officers in particular situations. There was more than one officer present at the scene of Henry's murder. One could have comforted the claimed victim of race hate while the other could have let his humanity come through in helping Henry.

You said it all, far better than I ever did on X. It has to be changed somehow, otherwise it will end up as another 'lessons will be learned' case and swept away. The Nottingham families are still struggling through the inquiry into the slaughter of their children and a father, by the same indifference and failures shown to Henry. It is evil and has to be shown for what it is

Well said Laura, my heart breaks reading your post.

What a tragic loss for the family and our country. The very concept of DEI should never have been implemented; it is self-promoting and deeply prejudicial. Anyone who works hard and treats others with respect should be rewarded based on merit, not denied opportunities because they do not fit arbitrary criteria.A police officer handcuffing a dying man, and failing to notice he has passed away, is a terrifying reflection of a complete lack of care and basic human respect. My deepest condolences go out to Henry’s family and friends. They have every reason to be incredibly proud of the young man he was.

Yes, "Enough is Enough" from the standpoint of decent, intelligent, rational people, but for the woke there can never be enough of this.

I've commented elsewhere that the responding officers, their superiors, their trainers, and their civilian overseers belong in prison as well.

This, is equally disturbing ... State sanctioned power out of control. Is it any wonder the 'defund the police' lobby is getting louder? Perhaps we should withdraw our consent to be policed by them?

I'm not on FB> but yes you get the feeling it is out of control.

Excellent piece, Laura.

Remember that the last Garda Commissioner adopted the flawed UK College of Policing guidelines on recording non-crime hate incidents and some 600 Gardai have been trained in pro-active non-crime hate crime detection etc. The same self-serving anti-white DEI cult that led to poor Henry Nowak being handcuffed as he drowned in his own blood is spreading here behind the scenes.

How did DEI etc survive the 2009 massacre perpetrated by Nidal Hasan in Texas?

He was an American army psychiatrist who was in regular email contact with an al-Qaeda cleric, openly told colleagues that Muslim US soldiers might be obliged to kill their fellow soldiers, openly declared his support for Osama Bin Laden and endorsed suicide bombing. One fellow psychiatrist regarded him as "a religious fanatic".

Despite all this he was promoted to Major. On 5th November 2009 armed with a powerful pistol and shouting "Allah Akbar" he shot dead 13 people and wounded 32 others at the iconic Ford Hood military base in Texas.

Colleagues had been afraid to report Nidal Hasan because they feared their careers would suffer. The victims' lawyer Reed Rubinstein claimed that an adherence to "political correctness" among military chiefs under George W. Bush and Barack Obama allowed the massacre to happen because "the US government afforded Hasan preferential treatment because of his ethnicity (Palestinian parents) and his religion". Rubinstein also pointed out that Hasan "was a terrible physician and had no business treating soldiers".

There are so many examples of this.,

And what was Starmer's concern as he addressed Parliament? 'Far right thuggery will not be tolerated'

Echoes of Southport even down to 'those who committed these acts will be found' I'm only surprised he didn't iterate 'the full force of the law will be brought against them'

Not a single mention of a dead white boy. Starmer is pure scum.

Laura Perrins's avatar

Please, Starmer is just scum yes. I don't use the word lightly but he is. Just awful.

Nigel Farage can fight his own battles but listening to Starmer and the rest of the MSM you'd think he was the one that not only stabbed Henry but cuffed him as well.

Don't forget that Chief Constable Boon was personally appointed by the "Conservative" Police Commissioner Donna Jones who is also responsible for all the Hampshire constabulary's Policies including all their Race Awareness ones!

Brilliant summation of the situation Laura. Poor Henry’s tragic murder is a metaphor for our entire country, slowly expiring under the evil hand of cultural marxism.

Yes it is.

DEI is responsible for the wholesale brainwashing of mostly state employees(many businessestoo)...

we're actually living in an equivalent Invasion of the Body(Mind) Snatchers..seriously.
